Mission of Shadows of Chaos

Our purpose is simple – to have fun.

Some of us came to World of Warcraft from Shadowbane (another MMorpg) and have been playing since release. The camaraderie we built in Shadowbane we brought here and extend to all that join the guild. We believe in helping each other out, but folks are also expected to be able to stand on their own 2 feet (or hooves depending on race).  Begging and whining for gold, items, or getting dragged through instances is not tolerated.

We encourage PvP but it’s up to each individual how much they want to PvP.
We have a mix of hardcore and casual players. Others are casually hardcore.
We are not a raiding guild even though we raid a lot. We are more laid back about raiding  and our schedule and progression reflects that.
We also believe that there is no better sound than when an alliance goes “squish”.


Our long term goals, other than wiping Alliance off our boots, is to continue enjoying all the game has to offer while keeping the guild a great place for friends to hang out.
